What photos work best for photo magnets?
Clear, bright photos in focus give the best results. Upload the original file from your phone or camera whenever possible. Screenshots and photos downloaded from social media can lose detail and print less sharply.
Can I use photos from my phone or Instagram?
Yes, you can use your favourite phone and Instagram photos. For the sharpest results, upload the original photo from your device rather than a screenshot or compressed social-media copy.
What if my photo isn’t suitable for printing?
We’ll contact you before printing if we have concerns about your photo quality. This includes images that look blurry, heavily compressed or very low resolution.
Will my photo be cropped to fit the magnet?
Your photo will need a square crop, and approximately 2 mm on all four sides will wrap around the magnet’s edges. Keep faces, text and important details comfortably inside this area so they remain visible on the front.
What size are your photo magnets?
Each magnet measures 5 × 5 cm. They’re a compact way to display your favourite moments without taking up too much fridge space.
How do you check the quality of my magnets?
Every Little Snaps Co. magnet is individually hand-pressed and quality-checked before dispatch. Our family team checks your photos and inspects each finished magnet before it leaves our studio.

Can I order magnets with my business logo?
Yes, we create custom business logo magnets to keep your brand on display. They’re ideal for client gifts, welcome packs, events and local business promotions.

Can I add a QR code to my business magnets?
Yes, you can choose a logo-only design or a logo with a QR code. Link customers to your website, booking page, menu, Instagram or contact details.

Will I see a draft of my business magnet before printing?
Yes, business orders receive a digital draft before printing. This lets you see how your logo and design will look on the magnet. Ensure you leave a space around the boarders as the image will be wrapped around the magnets (Aprox 2mm)
Can I order more than 100 magnets?
Yes, please contact us for a quote on orders over 100 magnets. Larger orders may need additional processing time, which we’ll discuss with you individually, including any event dates or deadlines.
Is gift packaging included with business bulk orders?
Gift packaging is not included with business bulk orders by default. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss packaging for your order.

Delivery & Magnet Care
How long does it take to make my magnets?
Orders of up to 100 magnets are made and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time is additional. For orders over 100 magnets, contact us for a quote and an individual processing timeframe.
Do you offer express shipping or local pickup?
Australian express shipping is $15 and is not included in the free standard shipping offer. Free local pickup is available from Tweed Heads South. Choose your preferred option when placing your order.
Do you ship to Australia and New Zealand?
Yes, Little Snaps Co. ships across Australia and New Zealand.
Australian standard shipping is free on orders of AUD $50 or more, and $9.95 for orders under AUD $50.
New Zealand standard shipping is NZ$14.95; there is no free-shipping threshold for New Zealand orders. Delivery time depends on your destination and selected shipping option.
How strong are your photo magnets?
Our magnets have a strong magnetic backing for suitable metal surfaces. Display them on fridges, filing cabinets and magnetic boards.
Are photo magnets waterproof?
They can handle light splashes, but they aren’t fully waterproof. Wipe gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Customer Care & Privacy
What if there’s a problem with my order?
We care about your magnets and your experience with us. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact our family team with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll look into it and work with you to make it right.
What happens to my photos after my order is completed?
Your uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 4 weeks. We keep them temporarily so we can arrange a replacement if needed, without asking you to upload them again. After they’ve been deleted, you’ll need to resend your photos for any reprint.
